I went back to my medical centre today for my medical clearance at 2pm and can you believe it took 2.5hours for a urine and eye test? -_- Now I know Matthew the former Sungei Gedong medic will be reading this but still the inefficiency is POWER. More than 10 people were waiting for their medical slips and the rest? They were all told to go home because the MOs had some “urgent meeting”. When the disappointed people left, I realized that only the people who were waiting for their medical slips remained! Meaning that the 8 medics there were just slacking around and when I tried to hurry them for my slip, the guy at the desk finally got to work and start searching for my paper when he could have started probably 2 hours ago -__-. On the whole, I wasted 2 hours of my life waiting. And not to forget the 10 other poor souls =/ 20 hours of SAF “manhours” wasted.
Talk about efficiency -_-
Are some people just meant to be taken advantage of?
I walked around town for 5 hours to shop for CNY clothes I swear the last time I did such a thing was shopping for prom clothes with Matt and Charles. But that time it took so long because we couldn’t find something our size! This time, there were tons of choices and yet walked here and there looking for better ones. I was practically being a stripper and a model the whole time. But anyway thanks JM for accompanying me and you had to ps your friends somemore and I know you were tired from all that walking and stressed out from choosing nice matchings for my clothes. Im satisfied with my Zara + Topman clothes. Bought a set of clothes from each can=/ Formal Top+Vest+Pants+Shoes =$300 from Zara and 2Tops+Skinnies (YES I FREAKING BOUGHT SKINNIES FROM THE ADIVICE OF JM) = $100. Wah Im really feeling so guilty because my dad gave me a budget of $200 haha! CNY is coming and I can’t wait for the possible bun luck and mahjong games! Tmr I have a date with mr ng at night yay!
Anyway this might be weird but the New Year has already passed and CNY is coming up but sometimes I still read the Christmas Cards I received and I really feel like writing a message here for each and everyone of you guys but somehow they’re quite private so please message me if you see this k! ( For people who gave me christmas cards only!
Town with dre first to watch Lin Zhiling again hehe (: And bought JM’s present from build-a-bear which was in my opinion not very cute but passable can already la. Steamboat with dre, matt, ben, jq and lyn was alright. The food knocked me out cold; too full to move around after that lol. Spent the whole night doing by some stupid game and had to continue the game over at Holland Village. Thanks for the wonderful night guys.
1AMB unit anniversary; probably the last event I’ll be forced to go for in my NSF life. Hooray! Body was aching the whole day and I kept wondering whether it was mainly from the basketball competition the previous day or wrestling with Matt during training. Honestly speaking I really like groundwork training a lot hopefully we’ll go for more BJJ lessons in the future!
Felt really weird today, like I was expecting for some form of communication with a certain someone. No, not expecting but more of hoping.. Kept thinking about lots of stuff while driving and being alone. The freaking anniversary dinner was totally the pits couldn’t take it one bit and spent the night checking out the Christian pub. For all you know I’ll be jamming with Poon and jq one day! But anyway I wish I’ll be in contact with someone about my thoughts once again really miss that feeling of someone there. Noelle =((((((((
It was really a hectic day as I went back to PJ with Adrian and Dom for their open house’s 3 on 3 basketball competition. The competition aside, I realized at the end of the day that I really miss PJ loads. The times I played bridge for long hours in the canteen with the f***ers and going to the pull-up bar to train. Dragging my feet over to classes complaining the fact that time passed so fast so I either couldn’t play enough bridge or see my eye candy. All the fun at the basketball court, track and the parade square. Really wished I could stay back longer alone to think back about all the fun times. Whether it was studying at the concourse or hiding away behind the hall during assembly playing bridge, I miss them all equally because of all my dear friends. Ben, Gab, Matt and Charles thanks for being such f***ers during my J2 life haha I’m glad Matt wants to organize an outing haha. I only got to see Mr Augustine Ng (who incidently lives at the same condo) and Ms Annie Low who still remembers me!
I think I’m a really weird person in terms of choosing eye candies. I really don’t understand why my friends always say I have poor taste=( There was this girl I saw before at AH and then she was wearing basketball jersey during the open-house. And I think she’s cute in her own way haha just like YY but people like Ben have to just give all the worst comments in the world bloody hell so irritating!
Anyway we won the competition and now I have New Urban Male vouchers but I don’t like anything there so anyone wants it? It’s totally up for grabs on a first-come-first-serve basis!
